Resident Reviews of Ion Queen Anne Apartments

Astrid and Conor were incredible. I don't leave reviews but they deserve the recognition. The buildings a little too far out of the heart of Queen Anne for me. Lots of road sounds unless you want to be on the other side of the complex and have people looking into your bedroom. Not a very walkable location and the halfway house beside them actually smells bad. I dont think I'll live here but the people were incredible and I can see how they could making living in that area worth it.

This place rocks! Shout out to Astrid who was so kind and patient!! We literally saw maybe 20 apartments and she was happy and excited to find the perfect one for me the whole time. After all that running she brought me a drink and a snack and let me apply in the sun. I felt like a queen lol! Truly can't wait to call this place home.

customer service has gone downhill but not here! Astrid is a gem. I have been apartment hunting for my daughter and people have become so mean. not Astrid and her team. everyone was smiling and helping and happy to be at work. it was clean, smelled great, and looked brand spanking new. keep it up Astrid. I know my daughter will love this place because of your staff and leadership

I genuinely have never met a kinder soul than Astrid. She was so patient with us, so caring and really put in the effort to make us feel comfortable. I am confident ion will be our next home. So much so that I cancelled the rest of our tours! It is beautiful and new and shiny and everything a girl could hope for! I cannot wait to move in this Christmas. We are so excited to call this our home and I am so confident that Astrid will be the best manager we've ever had! THANK YOU!!!!

The staff at Ion are incredibly welcoming and polite, they answered all the questions quickly and always had a smile!
